    AVTECH’s Room Entry Sensor provides recognition of a door, window or rack cabinet being open or closed.

    Standard use is to mount the wired sensor to the frame of a door. Then, mount the matching actuator opposite of the sensor on the door itself. When the door opens, the two components separate and the sensor trips.

    • Max sensor cable distance up to 900' (274.3m), includes 25' (7.6m) sensor cable.

    • Compatible with Room Alert 32E/W, 26E/W, 24E, 12E, 11E, 7E, 4E, 3E; WiSH & WiSPR sensor hubs.

    • May connect to Sound, Light & Entry (SLE) sensor (a legacy product) for alert on momentary status change.

    This is an instant 'Plug & Play' door entry alert sensor via one of the switch sensor channels on the back of any compatible Room Alert ID box. Cable distance can be extended from the standard 25' to approximately 900' by using standard speaker wire, twisted pair or any reliable low voltage 2-wire cable.
